Q. Will I be charged anything for this service?

No, not a penny! There are no costs and you are under no obligation, we do not ask for any survey fees, handling fees or deposits unlike other companies.
Q. How long will it take?

As quickly as you like, you tell us when you would like to complete and we will arrange to meet that deadline. If you need to sell very quickly we can usually exchange within 2 weeks.

Q. I need to sell my house as soon as possible to release equity but I don't want to move. What options fo I have?

We offer a "rent-back option" where we will quickly buy your property and allow you to rent it straight back. There fore, you don't have to move anywhere.

Q. What about Solicitors fees & Estate Agents Fees?

You will be glad to hear that we pay all the legal fees. We can recommend a solicitor or you can use one that you have had previous correspondence with.
